What is Panel Management?
Panel Management is a centralized system that allows users to manage firm professionals, create public-facing panels so that clients can browse panel members online, and handle inquiries securely so that the firm can promote its experts, simplify intake, and reduce administrative workload.
1. Firm Settings
The Manage Firm Settings now contains a new tab called Panel Management (Panel Mgt) where Firm Administrators can configure the structure of Panels, Specializations they want their Neutrals to use for their profiles, and Notifications to staff for booking request from a publicly visible gallery.
Yes, publicly visible gallery is also available. You can grab a snippet of code for your website admin, request ADR Notable to put your domain (e.g. organization.com) on the Allowed List and your gallery will display on your existing website.

1.1 Creating Panels
A Panel is a logical grouping of you Neutral. You could choose to create private panels to create groups or public panels that will be searchable in your public gallery. Click “Add a Professional Panel” to get started.

Name your Panel, Add Neutrals to your panel, select visibility. Then click Save and you’re done.

Want to make your panel public, click “Copy Embed Code” (Fig. 4 below) and provide this to your Website Administrator. They will be able to place this onto your existing website.
Security Note: At any time, you can regenerate the Key, this will create a new security key. However, you must immediately provide the new Embed Code to your Web Administrator as well.
Note: Don’t forget to click the “Send Email” button to provide us with the domain of your website, so we can add it to the Allowed List.

1.2 Creating Specializations
Specializations can be created in Firm Settings and are then available to assign to individual professionals. Examples include areas such as Technology, Telecommunications, and Intellectual Property.
- Navigate to Firm Settings.
- Select the Panel Management tab, then scroll to the Specializations section.
- Click Add Specialization to create a new specialization and enter the name.
- Save your changes. The specialization will now be available to assign when editing a professional's profile.

1.3 Notification Setting
Simply add the users you want to deal with Booking Request Notifications in your Scheduling module.

2. Professionals Database
The Professionals Database is the central directory of all professionals associated with your firm. It now supports both a card (gallery) view and a list view, and provides tools to search, filter, add, edit, bulk upload, and export professional records.
2.1 Searching and Filtering
You can search and filter professionals using the following criteria:
- Registration status (registered or unregistered), denoting whether this neutral has an ADR Notable login or not.
- Country
- State (select Country first — the State field will then populate automatically)
- City
- Visibility (public or private)
Important: You must select a Country before the State filter will display available options.
2.2 Editing a Professional's Record
From the Professionals Database, click the Edit option on any professional's card or listing to open their profile for editing. The editable fields include:
- First name, last name, and title (always publicly visible if the profile is set to public)
- Profile picture (can be set to public or private)
- Neutral/professional type
- Specializations (drawn from those configured in Firm Settings)
- Panel assignments
- Experience and biography
- Contact details: email, phone number, and address
- Compensation details (flat rates, hourly rates, and advanced rates — set at the firm level)
- Visibility settings
Note on address visibility: If a professional's address is set to public, only the city, state, and country will be displayed — the street address will not be shared.
2.3 Managing Visibility
Each professional's Profile visibility can be set to Public or Private. This can be changed directly from the database listing or from within the professional's Profile edit screen. A private professional will not appear on your publicly embedded panel. It is important to note that the Neutral, as it is their personal information, has ultimate control over what appears publicly. This is an important discussion to have with your staff and contractors before publishing the gallery.
3. Bulk Uploading Professionals
The NEW Bulk Upload feature allows you to add multiple professionals to your database at once using a xlsx file.

3.1 Preparing Your File
- From the Professionals Database screen, click Download Sample to obtain the template file.
- Complete the template with your professionals' details. The file includes fields for name, contact details, location, neutral type, specializations, panels, languages, biography, experience, and visibility settings.
- For the Specializations, Panels, and Languages columns, enter multiple values as a comma-separated list. Spacing around the commas does not affect processing.
- Ensure that any role values (such as neutral type) exactly match a role that already exists in your firm’s configuration.
3.2 Uploading and Processing
- From the Professionals Database, click Bulk Upload. Drag and drop your completed file into the upload area or click to browse and select it.
- Select which firm to add the professionals to (if you belong to multiple firms).
- Choose whether the uploaded users should have system login access. Select No if you are adding professionals to your directory without granting them a user account.
- Click Process, then confirm to proceed.
- The upload is queued for processing. A notification will appear on-screen once the upload is complete.
3.3 Reviewing Results and Errors
Once processing is complete, a notification will confirm how many records were created. If any records failed to import, the notification would indicate that the upload completed with errors.
- Successful records are added to the Professionals Database immediately.
- To review errors, click Download Error Report. A common cause of errors is a role value that does not match an existing role in the system.
3.4 User Registration via Bulk Upload
When a professional is added via bulk upload with system login access enabled, they are automatically added to the firm. They do not need to accept an invitation — they simply need to set their password when they first log in.
4. Exporting the Professionals Database
You can export your full Professionals Database at any time. From the Professionals Database screen, click Export. All professionals currently in the database will be included in the exported file.
5. Booking Requests
When a booking request is submitted through your published public Gallery, it will appear in the Booking Requests section of Scheduling. From here, you can review the details of each request and take action.
5.1 Sending an Invitation to a Professional
- Open the booking request.
- Review the date, time, time zone, location, session type (in-person or virtual), and description.
- Select the professional(s) you wish to invite.
- Click Send Invite. A calendar invitation will be sent to the selected professional(s) and the requestor, with the session details including organiser name, time, location, and description. The recipient can accept or decline the invitation.
5.2 Processing or Dismissing a Request
Once you have acted on a request, you can update its status to remove it from the active queue:
- Booking Processed: Marks the request as handled and removes it from the list.
- Not Interested: Dismisses the request.
Note: Creating an invitation will automatically mark the request as processed.
6. Registering Unregistered Users
Professionals in your database who do not yet have a system login are shown as unregistered. You can invite them to register in two ways:
6.1 From the Professionals Database
- Filter the Professionals Database by unregistered status to see all unregistered professionals.
- Select one or more professionals using the checkboxes, then click Register to send them an invitation.
- Alternatively, click on an individual professional's card and use the Register option (upper right of the individual profile card) to invite them individually.
6.2 From the Users Screen
You can also manage unregistered users directly from the Users screen in the Manage Firm Settings. Click “Unregistered Users”, select them individually or in bulk, and click “Invite User(s)” to send invitations.

7. Managing Your Own Profile
As a professional (neutral), you can view and edit your own profile from the Profile section. Click Edit to make changes.
7.1 Profile Information
You can update your profile picture, personal details, and contact information. Note that compensation details are set by the firm administrator and cannot be changed from your profile.
7.2 Visibility Settings
From your profile, you can manage your visibility for each firm you belong to, individually. You can set your overall profile to public or private, and individually control the visibility of your profile picture, experience, contact details, and address. When address is set to public, only the city, state, and country will be displayed.
You can preview how your card will appear to others by hovering over the card preview.
