Invite users to a firm

Expand your firm by inviting users

To invite new users to your firm, navigate to Manage Firms.

At the top of the page, select the Invite User button. 

Enter the email of the user you'd like to invite (or multiple users, you can add a total of 10 emails at a time) and select their role (firm admin, neutral, case manager, billing admin, or read only).

The user will receive an email (the sender will be your firm's name) inviting them to create an account to join your firm. It will take them through the sign up process and once their account is finalized, they will be a new member of your firm with the access their assigned role grants.

You can also invite users to your firm in the Professionals Database using the same process. 

Bulk Uploading users is also available. In the Professionals Database, select the Bulk Upload button and download the sample file to organize your users. Drag and drop or upload the file once it is ready. If you'd like the users to have a log in to access the firm, toggle the Require Systems Login button. If you want to upload users to the platform only to have them in the database without requiring them to create an account, leave that toggle off.
