Getting started with Scheduling
One-on-one meetings are easy to schedule but what about those sessions that include multiple parties and attorneys? Not to mention subcontractors, support people, and insurance company representatives. We're here to help make that process easier.
Create your Account in CalendarHero (one-time)
Creating your ADR Notable-linked account in CalendarHero takes just a few clicks plus creating a password!
When we set up your CalendarHero account, you will receive an email entitled "Welcome to Business App" that will invite you to set a CalendarHero business app password.
Once you set and confirm your password, you will taken to a Business App screen. Select CalendarHero on the left-hand side of the page.
You will then allow CalendarHero to access your account. And that's it! Now the CalendarHero app will open...
You're now ready to set up CalendarHero!
Success! CalendarHero may ask you some business information like the size and type of your company as well as your role. The app might also ask you to name your automated assistant. My Assistant is the invitation "sender." You can assign it an actual Name, or something like "Parsons Mediation Scheduler."
It gives you options to set your working hours and preferences for email notifications about your meetings and scheduler. It will also prompt you to connect your calendar. Once this process is complete, you'll be on your CalendarHero homepage.
If CalendarHero skips this process and takes you straight to the homepage, go to My Account > My Profile Settings. You can configure your assistant name here. Toggle the Customize button and add a note to the default invitation text. Remember to hit Save in the lower right corner. Configure custom branding as well under Branding & Display Options tab to use a custom logo and profile icon.
Integrations: Additional Calendars and Video Conferencing
In the My Integrations menu in the left navigation bar, select Calendar, then + Add Integration. Select the appropriate calendar. Do the same with Videoconferencing.
