How to Embed CalendarHero on Your Website

CalendarHero allows you to add a meeting types directly to your website so visitors can book time with you.

Option 1: Copy Your CalendarHero Scheduling Link

Log in to CalendarHero and locate the personal scheduling link of the meeting type you want to post on your website.

Step 2: Add the Link to Your Website

You can embed the scheduling option as a button or hyperlink it to text.

Replace YOUR_CALENDARHERO_LINK with your CalendarHero scheduling link.

Option 2: Copy the Embed code in the meeting settings

Click the ellipses button on the meeting type and select Embed on Website. This will take you to an embed code you can copy.

Paste that embed code on the backend of your website on the page and location you want it to appear.

Step 3: Publish Your Website Changes

Save your changes and publish the updated page on your website.

Step 4: Test the Link

Visit your website and click the scheduling button or link to make sure it opens the correct CalendarHero booking page.
