Auto Intake Form Types and Client Experience
Authenticated vs Unauthenticated
Types of Forms
ADR Notable has two options: Authenticated and Unauthenticated.
Authenticated forms will give clients access to our Client Portal. They will be required to create a log in before filling out the form. Once the form is submitted, they will be taken to their Client Portal where they can see general case information, assigned to-dos (such as additional forms, document requests and signature requests), share documents with the professional and/or other clients in the case, and live chat with the professional(s) - ADR Notable users (AKA you) - assigned to the case.
Think of Unauthenticated forms as guest forms. Unauthenticated forms will not require the client to create a log in, and will not give them access to a client portal. They'll simply open, fill out, and submit the form.
When creating an intake form in ADR Notable, if this check box is checked it will be Unauthenticated. If unchecked, it will be Authenticated.
