Why isn't Billing working?
If you're unable to create a billable, there are a few things to check:
- Does every party have an abbreviation? Check the Abbreviation text box in the Parties section in the Case
- Are your Billing settings complete? Go to Manage Firms and scroll to Billing Settings. Make sure you've inputted the text for transmitting invoices and set the ways in which you accept payment.
