Custom Case Types

ADR Notable provides users a long list of Case Types that can be assigned to cases. If we don't have what you need, or you word it a bit differently, no problem! You can create your own.

Navigate to Manage Firms, and then to the Case Types tab.

There's no limit on the amount of Case Types that can be added. Simply click Add Firm Case Type and input the new information.

Inside a case, Custom Case Types will appear under the Firm tab.
